The Paspels quarry pond, which is located close to the Swiss border, is 30 meters deep. It is a popular destination for both swimmers and surfers. Parking lots and a kiosk can be found right next to the entrance. Diving in the lake is generally prohibited. For an exception from this prohibition, a special permit is needed.
