Our farm is located at the foot of the Dachstein mountain (3,000m) amidst green meadows near the Hallstättersee lake, far off the busy roads. Distances: Beach 0.8km, inn 1.3km, tennis court and bus stop 0.4km, town centre 1.5km and ski area 3km away.
Very quiet location! Private access road. A brook with crystal clear water passes our house and the nearby forest provides us with fresh air. Every room has a balcony with a wonderful view.
Non-smokers preferred; smokers are asked not to smoke inside our estate.

B&B per person and day in a double room: EUR20 (children´s discount in the parents´ room)
Apartment (sleeping 2-4) per day: EUR45 to EUR74

Our small farm is like an oasis of peace and quiet. Although our farm is off the road, it can be reached without snow chains via Bad Ischl in deepest winter. Free transfer to the nearby skiing areas, cross-country trails near our farm and in the neighboring villages. Thermal spas in Bad Aussee, Bad Ischl and Gosau.
If you like, the farmer goes skiing with you, shows you the most beautiful slopes, the most original huts and identifies the mountain peaks. Be sure to feel instantly at home in our cozy apartments and room.
